Warwick Castle: The First Field Trip

The gardens at Warwick offer lots of opportunities for great photographs.

The castle has a working model of a medieval war machine called a trebuchet, and they give demonstrations.

The dungeon isn't a model. It's the real place where they imprisoned and tortured the enemies of the Earls of Warwick.

It's worth the climb up a very narrow, very steep passage in a tower to get the view from the top of the walls of the castle.
